Free Diagnostic Testing for Selected Lysosomal Storage Disorders

As part of our commitment to early diagnosis, Sanofi supports free diagnostic testing for the following lysosomal storage disorders:

• Pompe disease
• Fabry disease
• Gaucher disease
• Acid sphingomyelinase deficiency (ASMD), also known as Niemann Pick Type A/B
• The Mucopolysaccharidoses (MPSs)

Ordering a Diagnostic Test

There are two ways you can order a diagnostic test:

Pathology Request Form

Order a test through your local pathology provider by downloading and completing a pathology request form.

Dried Blood Spot (DBS) Testing Cards

Perform an in-surgery test by ordering DBS testing cards. The cost of cards, shipping and analysis are funded by Sanofi.
